1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Cric4All website, mobile application, cricket scoring tools, league-management services, and related notification services.
By accessing or using Cric4All, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Cric4All Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. About Cric4All
Cric4All provides cricket league, tournament, team, player, scheduling, scoring, statistics, communication, and notification services.
Features may include match reminders, schedule updates, kit reminders, league announcements, score notifications, account notices, email notifications, push notifications, SMS notifications, and WhatsApp notifications.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your account credentials, and promptly notifying Cric4All of suspected unauthorized account access.
You may not use Cric4All to violate any law, impersonate another person, interfere with the operation of the service, or send unauthorized or abusive communications.
4. Cric4All SMS notification program
The Cric4All SMS notification program is an optional messaging program for users who expressly choose to receive text messages from Cric4All.
SMS messages may include:
- Match reminders
- Match schedule updates
- Kit assignment reminders
- Weather or cancellation notices
- League announcements
- Account and security notifications
- Other Cric4All service notifications
Message frequency varies depending on your account settings, league activity, match schedule, and the notifications you have enabled.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of creating a Cric4All account, using Cric4All, or purchasing any product or service.
Cric4All will only send recurring SMS notifications when the mobile-number owner has provided direct and affirmative consent for the Cric4All SMS notification program.
5. SMS opt-out instructions
To stop receiving Cric4All SMS messages, reply STOP.
After you reply STOP, Cric4All or its messaging provider may send one final confirmation message. You will not receive additional program messages unless you subsequently opt in again.

7. Mobile information and consent
Cric4All does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Cric4All may provide limited information to service providers that help operate the Cric4All service, such as telecommunications and messaging providers. Such providers may use the information only to perform services for Cric4All and not for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS consent is specific to Cric4All and is not transferred to another business or campaign.
8. Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of SMS messages may depend on your wireless carrier, device availability, network conditions, and other factors outside Cric4All's control.
9. WhatsApp notifications
Users who separately enable WhatsApp notifications may receive approved WhatsApp Business messages related to matches, kit assignments, league activity, or account services.
WhatsApp participation is optional and may be disabled through available account settings or other provided opt-out mechanisms.
10. Email and push notifications
Cric4All may send operational email and push notifications, including welcome messages, password-reset messages, account alerts, league invitations, match updates, and service notices.

Cric4All is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cric4All will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
14. Changes to these terms
Cric4All may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
